Operations/helpdesk is located in the first part of room HG03.055.
Who are they?
What do they do?
- User support for students and staff
- Installation and maintenance of hardware available for students, especially the terminal rooms and public workstations
- General support of computer equipment in research departments
- Operational management of the server rooms
- Maintenance of public printers, copiers, scanners and supplies
- Assistance for, or advice with respect to,
- installing PC's and network software
- repairing PC's and printers
