The procedure for repair depends on the firm that sold the PC. Whether the repair is free of charge or not, depends on the precise terms of garantee (and whther the repair is within the garantee period or not).

  • U wordt verzocht om, zowel binnen als buiten de garantietermijn, de reparaties via C&CZ te laten verlopen. C&CZ heeft afspraken met de afdeling inkoop en met de leveranciers.
  • Bij voorkeur het onderstaande reparatieforumulier invullen en mailen.

Door de PC huisleverancier Scholten Awater & Partners geleverde PC's hebben normaal gesproken een garantietermijn van 3 jaar. Maar pas op: dit geldt niet voor alle machines, kijk hiervoor goed op de website van Scholten Awater.

Ook door de OUDE PC huisleverancier Switch geleverde PC's hadden normaal gesproken een garantietermijn van 3 jaar. De OUDE Switch garantievoorwaarden zijn online beschikbaar.

Voor andere PC-leveranciers kan een andere garantietermijn gelden.

By mailing (to ) or sending by internal mail the form at foot, you ask C&CZ to order the repair of your PC by the house supplier Scholten Awater & Partners or (in case it is an older PC) by the former house supplier Switch Automatisering B.V. The supplier or C&CZ will inform you about the day of repair. You have to make sure that the technician of the supplier has access to the PC on that day.

N.B.1 The user agrees with possible costs which result from this order. An estimate of € 0 does not imply automatically that there will be no costs. This holds also for repairs within the garantee-period.

N.B.2 In case the costs for repair exceed € 125,- an e-mail with a specified report and the VON number will be sent to the owner. The owner must, subsequently, inform the company whether the repair has to be carried out or not.
