Het standaard ingangspunt voor vragen, storingen en [[Reparaties|Reparaties]] is de Helpdesk. De helpdesk kan bereikt worden via telefoon, web en mail:

Indien men weet dat de storing te maken heeft met Science servers of het betreft een groep werkplekken, bv geinstalleerde software, dan kan men ook direct Postmaster benaderen:

Current Service Interruptions and Maintainance

Saturday May 14 adjacent buildings (Mercator, Proeftuin, Logistiek) 5 minutes without network

 Begin         : 2022-05-14 09:00
 End           : 2022-05-14 10:00
 Affected      : all network oulets in Mercator, Proeftuin and Logistiek Centrum will be down for max. 5 minutes

RU/ILS network management will switch to new hardware. This will lead to a network interruption of at most 5 minutes.
