Information for first line support persons
It was agreed that every department/research group appoints a local support person. This person helps his/her colleagues with simple computer and network related questions and problems. He/she is also the contact person between the department/research group and C&CZ.
When C&CZ likes to hear the opinion of departments about a subject, usually a mail is sent to a mail list "Gebruikersraad" (User Council). In most cases the first line support persons of departments are on that list. In the past the User Council regularly held a User Council Meeting. In these meetings other users were welcome as well.
Request for login
Requests for logins are possible on line. Only requests by first line support persons are executed.
